The morning begins in the Bauernstube. On antique farmhouse furniture and a dark stone slab stands a small buffet, set by hand, in glass jars rather than plastic, with fresh wildflowers in between. Bread from the village baker, honey, organic yoghurt from the region, freshly pressed juice, cheese and butter from here.
How you start the day is up to you. In the Bauernstube we serve breakfast daily between 8:30 and 10 a.m., ordered in advance, with what grows nearby. If you would rather keep to yourself, order our bread roll service the evening before via the digital guest folder: the fresh rolls will then be waiting at your suite door by 8 a.m., for breakfast at your own table.
