Breakfast is laid with what grows nearby: bread and rolls from the Bitesnich bakery in Nesselwängle, honey from the beekeeper, cheese and butter from the region. Short distances, little packaging, and only as much as is needed. And once you are here, the car can stay put: with the guest card the valley buses are free, and so is one cable-car ride a day. We do not talk about it much; we simply do it.
